Our Story
In 2022 my wife Leslie and I moved to Tennessee from Minnesota to be closer to our daughter’s family which includes 5 of our 6 grandchildren.
Our goal was to find a property where we could have two homes, one for them and their growing family and a smaller home for just the two of us.
Our searching led me to a great idea. Why not get involved in buying older homes and upgrading them to make them great places for others while we look for our new home.
In early 2024 I started my Real Estate Investment business with a focus on helping families to solve problems such as relocation of parents into Senior Living Communities.
On July 5, 2024 I registered New Hope REI LLC as a Tennessee business.

My Support Team
Even though I am a small business owner and operate a single member LLC, I don’t operate my business alone. The Lord has connected me with a wonderful team of partners and investors from around Tennessee and across the country.
I joined a Real Estate Investment training and mentoring program with offices in Spring Hill,Tennessee. I have many great connections in this group including trainers and coaches, contractors, tradespeople, bankers and others in the financial sectors.
I have also received certification as a Senior Transition Specialist to better serve families of seniors who need to transition into a Senior Living or Assisted Living Community.
